Less Is More

I love monochromatic cards because they let the color steal the show. That’s what Pineapple Punch does on the happy daisy card made with the new Daisy Lane stamp set and medium daisy punch. This is such a simple card to make. It only uses one half sheet of Pineapple Punch and a 4x5-1/4” piece of Whisper White cardstock!

To make the daisies, I stamped 3 daisies in alternating pattern and then punched them out. Next, I stamped the sentiment “Just a Little Smile” which is from the June Paper Pumpkin Kit. I attached the Whisper White cardstock to the front of the card. I then added a mini dimensional to the center of the daisies.

I attached the punches out daisies onto the dimensional sand turned them so I could see the Pineapple Punch cardstock peeking through. I hit the petals with some Wink of Stella for some added sparkle and added a clear faceted gem to the daisy centers.

Finally, I added 3 small clear rhinestones to add the finishing touch! I love how this card turned out. So seeetand simple! If you’d like to make this cars. The list of supplies is found below.

So Blessed!

I was challenged to create a split gate fold card and here’s what I came up with. I absolutely LOVE how it turned out!!

I used our new To a Wild Rose Stamp Set and stamped the flowers in Mango Melody and Poppy Parade. I stamped the leaves in Mossy Meadow. I love how the the 3 different stamps give dimension and detail to the flowers. Two-Step Stampin’ is truly the what hooked me on Stampin’ Up!

I hope you will be challenged to create a card using a fun fold or technique you’ve never used before!

Happy Stamping!
